The admission process at DIT University is transparently managed online via its centralized admission portal. Aspiring candidates must register themselves, submit the processing registration fee, and upload their academic qualifications upon the announcement of respective board or degree results. Admissions to flagship professional programs like B.Tech are strictly merit-based, evaluating scores from national entrance tests like JEE Main or extending direct admissions to board toppers. For programs like B.Arch and MBA, scores from NATA and national aptitude tests like CAT, MAT, XAT, or CMAT are prioritized respectively, followed by specialized group discussions or personal interviews before final seat allocation.
To secure eligibility for undergraduate technical programs like B.Tech at DIT University, candidates are required to pass their 10+2 (Class XII) examination from a recognized board with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks across subjects, with mandatory foundations in Physics, Mathematics, and English. For specialized medical branches like B.Pharm, candidates must hold a minimum of 50% in PCM/PCB combinations. Postgraduate admissions like the MBA require a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in any discipline from a recognized undergraduate degree, while specific relaxation or percentage structures apply to different liberal arts or doctoral research qualifications.
