Admission to B.E. programs at BITS Pilani Hyderabad is conducted through the BITS Admission Test (BITSAT). Candidates must register for and appear in BITSAT, submit their programme and campus preferences through the admission portal, and participate in the admission process. Seats are allotted based on BITSAT scores, merit, and candidate preferences, followed by document verification and fee payment.
Candidates must have passed the Class XII (10+2) examination from a recognized board with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and adequate proficiency in English. Applicants must secure a minimum of 75% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, with at least 60% marks individually in each subject. Admission is granted based on BITSAT performance and merit. Additionally, students who secure first rank in their respective State or Central Board examinations may be eligible for direct admission as per institute regulations.
