Admission at Birla Institute of Applied Sciences is structured around national competitive scores and synchronized counseling phases. Aspiring candidates submit their profile credentials on the institutional portal, following which selection for primary B.Tech seats is processed through standardized rank listings in national streams such as JEE Main. For leftover seats or postgraduate profiles like the MCA, the institute utilizes either the state-level entrance framework (UKSEE) or direct evaluation of raw academic marks during institutional counseling windows before physical data verification and fee submission on campus.
For undergraduate engineering programs (B.Tech), candidates must clear their 10+2 higher secondary school certificate examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as mandatory subjects, securing at least 50% aggregate marks from an authenticated educational board along with a valid entry score. For postgraduate tracks like the MCA, applicants must possess a verified Bachelor's graduation degree in any discipline with a minimum score of 50% along with qualifying secondary level mathematics combinations.
